“When I began VtP, my goal was to bring together my experiences in performance sport, education, and business to create an offering that truly impacts individual and collective development.

The evidence-based practices are adaptable and relatable across a variety of settings, informed by performance psychology principles. I love working with people and seeing them grow by leveraging their strengths, with a focus on developing the ‘whole person.’ My sessions and workshops are interactive and contextualised to real-life situations, supporting growth, application, and meaningful impact.”
