“When I began VtP, my goal was to bring together my experiences in performance sport, education, and business to create an offering that truly impacts individual and collective development.

Bridging theory and research to practice, my approach is adaptable across a variety of settings, informed by performance psychology principles to accelerate capability and confidence. I love what I do and my passion is working with people and seeing them achieve their aspirations by supporting and leveraging unique strengths, with a focus on developing the ‘whole person.’ My approach is interactive and built on real-life situations, supporting growth, application, and meaningful impact.”
